Staying at this place was a fantastic choice for our family trip to Cedar Point. The remodeled rooms were clean with great air conditioning. We loved the impressive water pressure in the shower, which felt refreshing after a long day at the park.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom needed more space for families with children.

I had a wonderful stay at Sandusky Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even providing us with complimentary bottles of water at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor pool was a lovely addition.

A towel rack in the bathroom would be helpful.

I was super nervous because I'd initially booked another place but ended up here and it was fantastic! I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the cozy fire pit in the evening. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. it’s a great spot for anyone looking to unwind. 😊

Having a more private coffee area would be beneficial, as being watched by the front desk felt uncomfortable. Breakfast options could definitely be expanded to include more pastries, enhancing the overall stay experience.

Great place for Cedar Point visitors

I had a lovely stay at this motel while visiting Cedar Point. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered us complimentary water at check-in, which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfortable, making it a cozy place to return after a day of fun. It would be great if they could consider adding breakfast options as it would enhance the experience further.

The outdoor pool area offers a pleasant spot to relax, surrounded by greenery. It’s conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to hit Cedar Point or Kalahari Waterpark without wasting time.

The standard double room felt cramped, with less than a foot between beds and the wall. The bathroom was so tiny it was a challenge to close the door while inside. The air conditioning unit not only struggled to cool but also cranked out noise loud enough to drown out traffic, which was also prevalent given its location on a busy street. Pillows lacked support, and the overall room felt overpriced for the experience.

The place is super close to Cedar Point and Kalahari Waterpark, making it easy to hit both spots in a day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly. We even got complimentary water bottles at check-in. You can’t beat that value!

The bathroom was big but a bit awkward since there wasn’t a towel rack next to the shower, which made things inconvenient.

The best part of my stay? The welcoming, attentive staff—especially Shiv! 👍 The room was cozy and clean, but the bathroom was cramped. Overall, I had a lovely time.

great access to parks and local eateries for city explorers

staying at this inn gave us the perfect opportunity to stroll to nearby Shoreline Park and indulge in some delicious pizza from Marco's, making our city explorations even more enjoyable.

The noise levels were higher than preferable at night.
